The route starts at Kashima Jingu Shrine, passes along Kitaura Lake to Hinuma Lake, goes along the coast from Oarai Town, and passes through Tokai Village on the old road into Hitachi City. [Common to Basic Plan/Guided Tour] Kashima Jingu (Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture) → Hokota City → Oarai Town → Hitachinaka City → Tokai Village → Hitachi City Distance: 104km Elevation gain: 617m

The route starts in Hitachi City and runs mainly along the coast, crossing the Nakoso no Seki to Tomioka Town. Starting in Ishinomaki, we will head north along the Kitakami River through Tome City and into Kesennuma. [Common in Basic Plan/Guided Tour] Ishinomaki City → Tome City → Kesennuma City Distance: 81.6km Elevation gain: 1,482m

Starting in Kesennuma, the tour enters Iwate Prefecture and travels along spectacular old roads around Mount Goyozan to reach Kamaishi. [Common to Basic Plan/Guided Tour] Kesennuma City → Rikuzentakata City → Sumida Town → Ofunato City → Kamaishi City Distance: 86.1km, Elevation gain: 1,355m

After traveling by train from Kamaishi to Otsuchi, this is literally the Queen Stage, the highest of all the stages in terms of elevation gained, passing by the mountains and the sea from Otsuchi. [Route] Otsuchi Town → Yamada Town → Miyako City → Iwaizumi Town → Tanohata Village → Fudai Village → Noda Village → Kuji City [Data] Distance: 149.5km Elevation gain: 3,194m

This is the shortest parade ride of all the stages, starting in Kuji, heading inland to the coast of Aomori Prefecture, and ending at Kabushima Shrine. [Common to Basic Plan/Guided Tour] Kuji City → Hirono Town → Koshigami Town → Hachinohe City Distance: 49.1km Elevation: 585m
